Hey Jeff, Glad you have this started. We just got back from a very short 8 days at the Royal Palm. We only paid 4% over last years maintenance fee and had no problem getting into our unit. We are part of the litigation group that is standing up and speaking out against these corporations that seem to think they can swoop in and do whatever they feel. We will not walk away from our ownership.
Jeff, We own 4 weeks at PMR, yes, the dreaded PMR. AMF was up about 10% this year. Headed there in 1 week and expect the same fabulous experience that we had last year. We are still a bit confused on the relationship, or lack thereof, between Pelican (original resort) and PMR. But so far so good. Also own time with Diamond (home resort Williamsburg, but have traded for Flamingo Beach and Royal Palm) and while the mgmnt at both and the service they rendered was adequate at best, the bulk of our stay was lovely. Will continue to follow the progress of litigation & owners associations in your newsletter and website.

PMR and PRC are hooked together legally -- NOT good. If PMR fails, it drags PRC down with it.
